GB woes

GILGIT-Baltistan is being denied its basic rights. Today, a large number of the youth of GB lives in Punjab and other parts of the country for education because there are no higher educational institutes in the region.

Even in the 21st century we don’t have a medical or engineering university and we don’t have government jobs. The GB people are a frustrated lot because of these circumstances.

GB people are patriotic and love Pakistan. Despite all these sufferings and apathy, the people of this region feel elated whenever they hear or read news about them in mainstream or social media.

The government should take effective steps to provide higher education and jobs to the people of GB.
