THE citizens of Mardan, particularly its students, are in dire need of a good library. While there is a library in city’s main centre near College Chowk, it does not provide students with good books or proper facilities. The existing library doesn’t even have a canteen or sitting area for visitors.

It is my humble request to the authorities concerned that they should work towards setting up a world standard library in our city.
