I WOULD like to draw the attention of the authorities concerned to the inconsistent manner in which car number-plates are issued. I got my new car in February 2017 and have still been waiting for the (BHQ) original number-plate to be issued.

The temporary number-plate, meanwhile, is nearly eroded and serves no real purpose any more. Ironically, cars bought and registered much later get their number plates.
