According to preliminary, unofficial results in Peshawar's PK-78 constituency, Awami National Party's Samar Bilour is in the lead with 1,049 votes.

Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf's Mohammad Irfan is in second place with 862 votes, according to initial results received by Election Commission Pakistan (ECP) through the Results Transmission System (RTS).

The unofficial results are based on numbers received from nine polling stations.
