KARACHI: Activists of Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) took part in large numbers in several rallies taken out in Karachi, Hyderabad and other towns of the province to observe Yaum-i-Farooq-i-Azam on Wednesday.

Speaking to them, ASWJ leaders renewed their call for announcing a national holiday on the 1st of Muharram on account of the martyrdom of the second Rashidun caliph (RA).
