IMRAN Khan should build state institutions so that Pakistan continues to develop. How it is to be done is left to Imran’s judgment.

The PTI should make necessary legislation for quick justice and sort out legal lacuna in NAB, FIA, police and lower judiciary. Pakistan simply cannot afford malpractices of the past.
