An independent candidate named Laila in NA-218 has claimed that she is receiving threatening phone calls from her rival candidate.

The candidate has filed a complaint with the ECP's Gender Desk. The watchdog has taken notice of the complaint and directed the concerned returning officer to look into the matter.
