DOES anyone remember the Prime Minister who ordered the change of government cars’ number plates to green? He did it stop the misuse of official cars. He was very honest. But did the change stop the misuse of official cars? No, it did not, rather it increased many folds. It is a part of our VVIP culture and all and sundry enjoy it.
