LAHORE: Former railways minister Khwaja Saad Rafique appeared on Thursday before the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in connection with the Paragon Housing Scheme corruption case.

According to a source, Rafique appeared before a combined investigation team and recorded his statement.

The NAB had launched an investigation in November last year into a mega land scam involving Paragon Housing Society in Lahore and the Punjab Land Development Company (PLDC).
