A DEPARTMENT store has illegally occupied the service road between 159- Y and 160-Q, Block 3, of PECHS, by installing a big cooling plant and a big generator, thus blocking the road, causing too much noise and creating problems for the residents 24/7. 

People, especially old, cannot take rest or sleep because of the noise, besides the emission of carbon fumes, posing risks to their health. I appeal to the departments concerned to take necessary action by removing the illegal plant and generator to give us peace.
