SUKKUR: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) organised a public hearing at a local hotel on Wednesday to get public opinion and suggestions about environmental effects of the rehabilitation of Sukkur Barrage.

EPA Assistant Director Waqar Ahmed Phulpoto said the rehabilitation scheme would be completed within four years, which would be monitored through a third party.
