FORMER Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has asked who allowed some people to go to Mumbai and kill 150 people there.

The Pak-India borders are manned by Rangers on our side and the BSF etc on the other. Now, who controls the Rangers and Coast Guard? Nawaz should put his question to the head of the government of that time.
