LAHORE: The Government College University (GCU) and the University of Tehran, Iran, signed on Friday a memorandum for academic and research cooperation in Urdu literature.

GCU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Hassan Amir Shah and University of Tehran’s Dr Muhammad Kiou Marsi signed the accord. The GCU and the University of Tehran would also hold joint conferences, training workshops and seminars.
