Hasnain stars for Whales College

KARACHI: Whales College sealed a crushing 144-run victory over Roots College in their fifth Bilal Bhaty inter-school College T20 Cricket Tournament fixture here at the Al Nadi Al Burhani Ground on Friday.

After collecting 217-4 with all-rounder Hasnain Ashfaq making 54 off 28 balls (five sixes and one four) and Syed Amin 53 off 38 balls (seven fours and one six), Whales College shot out Roots College for 73 in 15.2 overs with Hasnain grabbing four wickets for 14 runs.

In another match played at the Lawai Cricket Stadium, DHA College Whites defeated Alpha College by five wickets.
