One injured in Indian firing

MUZAFFARABAD: A teenager was critically injured in Azad Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday in firing from across the Line of Control (LoC).

Mohammad Zahid, 16, received a serious wound in his head when Indian troops targeted areas in the Nakyal sector, Nakyal’s Assistant Commissioner Waleed Anwar said, adding that firing from the India-held territory had been going on for the last four days without any break. The teenager was rushed to a hospital, which saved the young man’s life, he added.
