LAHORE: Former president Asif Ali Zardari visited the residence of renowned playwright and journalist Munoo Bhai and condoled with his family here on Saturday.

Munoo Bhai passed away here on Friday.

Accompanied by PPP leaders Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Chaudhry Manzoor, Azizur Rehman Chan, Aurangzeb Barki and Faisal Mir, Mr Zardari prayed for the departed soul and said Munoo Bhai would be remembered for his poetry and plays.
