KARACHI: The Sindh government on Monday declared holiday for Oct 19 for the Hindu community across the province on the occasion of Diwali.

According to a notification issued by the services and general administration department, Hindu community employees in all offices, autonomous, semi-autonomous bodies, corporations and local councils under the administrative control of the Sindh government would avail the holiday.
