DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Aug 23: Two brothers have died and their father and two sisters injured as the roof of their house collapsed during heavy rain and dust storm.

Suleman, 8, and Ehsan, 12, died on the spot. Their father, Noor Mohammad, and the sisters were taken to the DHQ Teaching Hospital from where they were discharged after the first aid.

Heavy rains and dust storm lashed Dera Ismail Khan on Wednesday, uprooting dozens of trees and electricity poles.

The electricity supply, which was disrupted during the storm, could not be restored to most parts of the district.
