SPSC exams

DESPITE the order of the Supreme Court, the Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) is not conducting written examinations of CCE-13. Furthermore, the apex court had asked the SPSC to schedule examinations within two months after the final decision. It was also emphasised in the SC verdict to announce a new CCE advertisement and to hold the examinations on a yearly basis.

On the contrary, the SPSC is neither conducting CCE-13 nor is it announcing a new one. Thus, CCE-13 candidates are dealing with a high level of stress because the SPSC does not seem to be serious about holding examinations.

Moreover, appearing candidates have been double minded because many of them will also have to appear in CSS 2018.

This act of delaying by the SPSC is also putting students at risk of poor performance in CCE-13 as well as in the upcoming CSS 2018.

I think the SPSC sitting chairman has pledged someone not to announce the exam date. The Supreme Court should ask the SPSC on what grounds it is not announcing the exam date. I request the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to resolve the matter on an urgent basis.
