DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Assailants gunned down two police constables on Friday near Kotli Imam Hussain Imambargah.

Officials said that the two policemen, identified as Yasir Shah and Nasir Shah, were targeted when they were returning home after performing duty at the Imambargah. They died instantly.

The bodies were shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital.

Police registered a case against unidentified men and also launched a search operation in the area.
