LAHORE: Overall, 270 probables of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa appeared in open trials held at two venues for selection of the national junior hockey team.

According to a statement issued by the Pakistan Hockey Federation, around 120 players belonging to Bannu, Dera Ismail Khan and Kohat Divisions appeared in Bannu camp while around 120 players from Mardan, Malakand, Peshawar, Hazara Divisions and Islamabad appeared in Mardan camp.
