IT was an experience for me to receive my driving licence in half an hour only. The whole process was computerised, swift, transparent, hurdle-free and without any speed money. The environment was very professional and the staff members were courteous and friendly. We must commend this revolution in the traffic department and hope other departments will follow this great example.
