SCHOOLS, colleges, offices, beauty parlours, boutiques, etc, in Abbottabad’s residential areas, especially in Jinnahabad and Habibullah Colony, have made the lives of residents miserable.

Once peaceful localities, they have become a hub of various commercial activities. Traffic jams, specially during rush hours, make it a challenging task to reach one’s home.

Roads, water supply and electricity meant these localities are now used by schools and other commercial concerns.

The departments concerned turn a blind eye to all these problems.
