Dying beauty of Quetta

QUETTA is situated in a beautiful valley, but because of the rising population this beauty is on the wane. Once it was possible to know the city through just a few famous roads or markets, but now every road, market and street has a different name.

People now want that roads, markets and other areas must bear their names or those of their tribes. So, in Quetta most areas (roads, markets and streets) bear the names of various tribes and personalities. Thus, those names become the identity of those areas.

There is not a single road, market or street where we don’t find rubbish. Even Civil Hospital is surrounded with garbage. Both people and the government are careless.

It is the responsibility of the people, as well as of the government, to keep their cities and their hospitals neat and clean. If people are keen about naming a place, a building, a road, or an institution after some one or some tribe, they must also ensure cleanness first to make Quetta look beautiful.
