KARACHI: The State Bank of Pakistan will announce its monetary policy on Saturday, said a press statement issued on Thursday.

The policy is of high importance since inflation is gradually increasing while the national budget will be announced after a week of this policy. Brokerage house reports generally suggest no change in the interest rate, which is 5.75 per cent at present.
