KARACHI: All schools in Sindh will remain closed on Tuesday on account of Shab-i-Mairaj.

According to the Sindh government’s education department, all government and private schools in the province would remain closed on Tuesday, the 27th day of the Islamic month of Rajab. But the holiday will not affect the Matric exams’ schedule.

Meanwhile, most universities, including the University of Karachi, will remain open on the day.
