REFERENCE Em Zee Riffat’s letter, ‘No anti-terror narrative’ (April 19) . Dr Tahirul Qadri has given a comprehensive 14-point anti-terror response, highlighting its causes and remedies.

He has also given an anti-terror syllabus in both English and Urdu to be taught in educational institutions and for prayer leaders. Unfortunately the govrernment has not enforced it for political reasons.
