KARACHI: Italian Amb­assador to Pakistan Stefano Pontecorvo, accompanied by Massimo Pagnota, commander of ITS Carab­iniere fighter plane of Italy’s Navy, and Consul General Dr Gianluca Rubagotti, called on Sindh Governor Moham­mad Zubair at Governor House on Wednesday.

During the meeting, various issues of bilateral importance, opportunities for investment and law and order situation came under discussion. The governor said that the establishment of lasting peace would make Karachi an ideal city for investment.
