PESHAWAR: Corps Commander Peshawar Lt-Gen Nazir Ahmed Butt visited South Waziristan Agency on Friday.

According to a statement issued by the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), Gen Butt visited the forward posts and interacted with the troops. He expressed satisfaction with the operational performance and morale of the troops.

On the occasion, the general was given a briefing on the ongoing military operations and progress on the return of internally displaced persons to their native areas.
