LAHORE: Seven thousand pirated copies of the Oxford textbooks, including New Oxford Modern English and New Countdown, were seized on Saturday after an FIA team raided a printing press.

Around 25,000 unbound copies and 700 jackets of these pirated books were also recovered from the premises, says a press release issued by the Oxford University Press.

An FIR has been lodged against unit owner Zahid Kazmi.
