According to the results of a survey of 10,000 people about work and life conducted by professors at the London Business School, older workers tend to care more about staying fit than their younger counterparts. According to the researchers, half of respondents under age 45 said that they actively try to keep fit, while 71pc of those over age 70 said the same thing.
