Breaking down a millennial stereotype

Some employers tend to buy into the stereotype that millennial workers are always looking to leave their current job and move on to the next. But according to a study by the Centre for Talent Innovation, that’s not an accurate assumption. Though 40pc of American millennials who have a financial safety net — generally families who can support them — say that they are indeed planning on leaving their current job within a year, this group makes up just 1 in 10 of overall millennials with full-time jobs.
