Three children injured in blast

PARACHINAR: Three children were injured when an unexploded shell went off in Belyamin area of lower Kurram Agency here on Friday.

Local people said that the children identified as Kashif Hussain, Akbar Abbas and Qaim Hussain, all of them students, were grazing cattle in the nearby mountain when they came across a shell.

The shell exploded when the children tried to break it. As a result, they were injured.

The injured children were shifted to Alizai hospital where the doctors said that they were in stable condition. The political administration registered the case and started investigations.
