Population boom

According to data from the World Wildlife Fund, the population of the planet might reach 9bn by 2050, which is sure to strain Earth’s natural resources. In order to provide for this many people, humanity will need to produce as much food in the next 40 years as it did in the last 8,000 years, according to the WWF.
