SIALKOT: The first ‘e-court’ on Monday started functioning here for providing speedy justice to litigants.

District and Sessions Judge Yousaf Aujla inaugurated the e-court at the District Courts. He said the e-court would help expedite trials, besides preserving evidences and providing security to witnesses and litigants.

Lawyer Ghazala Adnan said the lawyers’ community also welcomed the establishment of e-court.
