Summer has started and we are likely to have modrate to strong heat waves in the coming days. So keeping your body hydrated throughout the day and avoiding the hot day as much as possible should be your first priority until or unless it is must for you to go out. Besides keeping yourself hydrated, you should also eat clean, green and healthy to stay active.
