Ban on Maalik

THIS refers to your editorial ‘Ban on Maalik’ (April 29). Scores of movies on such script have been made across the border but there has never been any reaction from the government, political leadership or agitation by those depicted as wicked and cruel.

By banning a movie, the PML-N ranks appear to be in a state of utter despair and confusion. When truth does not come out, blunders after blunders take place. The public is looking towards the judiciary as a petition has been filed in the high court against the ban.

The government is in a state of paralysis and struggling to remain in power. More of such regressive actions will result in more blunders.
