QUETTA: A policeman died and four others, including a civilian, were injured in an attack on a police van in Sariab area on Saturday.

According to police, the ‘15’ service vehicle was patrolling the area when men on a motorcycle opened fire on it.

The driver, Abdul Hakeem, died and three personnel in the vehicle were injured. A passerby also got injured. The attackers escaped after the incident.
