LAPTOPS should be granted to handicapped students under the Prime Minister’s Scheme under the two pc quota vide GOP ordinance 1981 in all the nominated universities, colleges and Development Alternatives Inc. (DAI) by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Studies at the research level is quite costly for students. I hope that the HEC would provide computers on an urgent basis to all students.
