LAHORE: The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) will stage a rally to observe the International Day for the Abolition of Death Penalty on Saturday (tomorrow) at Liberty Chowk at 5pm, says a press release.

All supporters of human rights have been invited to join the rally.
