LAHORE: The government has suspended Punjab Director General Nursing Rukhsana Kamal for irregularities in admissions of nurses.

An official said that action was taken against Mrs Rukhsana for committing irregularities in admissions of nurses at the Mayo Hospital Nursing School.

A spokesman for the health department confirmed the development on Monday.
