LIKE other parts of the country, Turbat also suffers from power failures. When the Balochistan chief minister visited Turbat a few days ago, there was no loadsheeding for a single minute. But as soon as he left, loadshedding was resumed.

We hardly get electricity for 10 or 12 hours a day despite the intense summer heat.
