Two houses looted

ISLAMABAD: Robber, burglars and thieves struck at four different places in the city and made off with cash and valuables, police said here on Monday.

In the first incident, some burglars broke into the house of Mohammad Zohaib in Shahzad Town and took away gold ornaments, valuables, including laptop and a pistol worth Rs350,000.

Some thieves looted cash, gold and a motorcycle from house of Rashida Parveen, located in Thanda Pani.

In another incident three persons snatched a motorcycle from Manzoor Hussain at gunpoint. Some auto-thieves lifted a motorcycle of Abid Ali from I-8/1.

Besides, the capital police arrested 11 outlaws including a proclaimed offender in a murder case and recovered narcotics and weapons.
