DERA MURAD JAMALI: Gunmen kidnapped three farmers, two brothers among them, from Chattar area of Nasirabad district on Tuesday.

According to police, Faqir Hussain, his brother Nazar Mohammad and relative Ali Mohammad were working in a field near Goth Misri Talab when

armed men arrived there and whisked them away. They also took away their tractor.

Police have registered a case and are said to be conducting raids to recover the kidnapped growers.

Meanwhile, a man, Ali Nawaz Khan, was killed in a clash between two groups of people in Jhal Magsi area. The cause of the clash could not be ascertained.

In another incident, a man, Wali Mohammad, died after being hit by a speedy motorcycle on Quetta-Sukkur National Highway in Manjo Shori area of Nasirabad district.
