SIALKOT: Three people were feared drowned in the Upper Chenab Canal here on Saturday.

Sadiq Masih, Ilyas and Kashif went missing while taking a bath in the Upper Chenab Canal.

Divers of Rescue 1122 are busy searching them.

DEAD: Two persons died of heatstroke here on Saturday.

Ehsan, 60, died of heatstroke while working in a factory on Naikapura-Eimanabad Road while his colleague Muhammad Butt passed out and was admitted to hospital.

Bashir Husain, 62, also died of scorching heat in Pasrur city.
