QUETTA: A labourer was electrocuted and another suffered burn injuries in Gordat Singh road here on Thursday.

Police said some labourers were working at an under-construction commercial plaza on Gordat Singh road when an iron rod carried by two got in touch with the high-tension transmission lines running over them.

Both were taken to the civil hospital.
