SUKKUR, Oct 3: A local Pakistan People’s Party leader, Ghulam Qadir Leghari was killed and another injured when a tractor trolley hit a motorcycle on the National Highway near Moro on Thursday.

The Moro police have seized the tractor trolley whereas the driver managed to flee.
