Blind T20 Asia Cup postponed

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Blind Cricket Council (PBCC) on Thursday said the first Twenty20 Asia Cup was postponed due to the tragic Naltar incident. The T20 event was scheduled to be held from May 20 to 28.

PBCC chairman Syed Sultan Shah said the event was deferred and new dates will be announced later.

He further said. “Currently, the team will be featuring in a domestic tournament to be held in Abbottabad from June 2 to 6.”

A total of six teams including Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Lahore, Bahawalpur, Kashmir and Gujran­wala will be participating in the event, said the PBCC chief.
