‘Delayed decisions hampering KP uplift’

ABBOTTABAD: ANP provincial president Ameer Haidar Khan Hoti has alleged that utilisation of development funds in KP is very slow and the province is badly suffering due to delayed decisions by the PTI-led government. He asked the ruling alliance to avoid ‘doing experiments’ and focus attention on early completion of projects.

This he said while addressing media persons at the Abbottabad Press Club here on Sunday. He also attended various receptions and addressed public meetings during the daylong visit to the district.

Mr Hoti claimed that the three-party alliance would surprise the ruling coalition during the upcoming local government elections in the province.

Regarding the speech of MQM chief, Hoti said that Altaf Hussain should revisit his party’s role as the army played a significant part in safeguarding the country’s territorial boundaries. The armed forces did a marvelous job during calamities and in relief and rehabilitation activities, he added. In the current scenario, the country’s top political leadership stood by the army, he maintained.

While talking about the China Pakistan Economic Corridor, Mr Hoti said that ANP’s stance was very clear on the matter.
