Additional district and sessions judge Nusrat Yasmeen also rejected regular bail petition of Neelum’s husband, Mohsin Ali Shah, who is also charged in the same case.

The complainant in the case is one Imran Khan, brother of the said female cop. The court pronounced the order after completion of arguments by both the parties.

The complainant alleged that few days ago the suspected woman and her husband had fraudulently acquired photographs of his sister and then shared it with other persons through social media and cellular phone.
